50, his magic number, as when he turned 50, he decided to devote the number to the number of art pieces he would create for each exhibit, a new theme, a new medium best suited to the subject matter, a new style and a new mode of expression. An artist supposed to create, an artisan suppose to craft and repeat perhaps. New challenges new motivation and new vision.

For decades Jean Francois took the art of the walls of museums to perform the creative processes life extreme and furious before audiences around the globe, an impulsive creative processes that derives from his love for extreme sports and adventure, today he used his performances to launch interest and uses it as a gorilla marketing.

His fine art is unique in every exhibitions and the limited series of 50 pieces always comes as a sellout at every staged events. 

Extreme art came logically from his passion for sports as his “Shark painter” series where he painted under the sea in his shark cage art studio, painting the whole exhibit under water surrounded by great white sharks, another time. “My art summits” where he took his canvas on top of many mountains to paint mountains in an extreme perspective. Today with his series “Glass” “Plasm” “Elhemeral vision” “GOLD” “The art of winning” “Knock out”… he went extreme in the mode of creation.
